About the girl  

Hannah Ellowitz is a New York-based actor and vocalist. Hannah is a frequent performer at some of the city’s favorite hubs for industry pros, including Feinstein’s 54 Below, The Green Room 42, and Chelsea Table + Stage. She is known to attend jam sessions around some of Manhattan’s most hopping jazz clubs. Her favorite gigs as a vocalist are with her partner and favorite jazz pianist, Nathan Keffer.

Since earning her BFA in Music Theatre from Elon University, she has been performing around New York City and at regional theaters around the country, including Short North Stage, Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre, and Connecticut Stage Company. 

A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Hannah started playing dress up at the age of three, beginning at the Florida Children’s Theatre. She was one of two students to earn a full talent-based scholarship to the prestigious American Heritage High School as a Music Theatre student. From there, she attended Elon University’s renowned Music Theatre program and also received a minor in Jewish Studies. Hannah was also grateful to train overseas at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), where she studied Classical Acting. Hannah is a 2017 and 2018 YoungArts winner in Theater, as well as a two-time winner and three-time nominated South Florida Cappie Awards recipient. Hannah is proudly Jewish.
